At LYMA, we are committed to your wellness journey and offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, supplements and skincare must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring the LYMA Laser or skincare products are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to LYMA
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
